Quantity

All perishable items are eligible for return if they are defective, damaged, or there is a receiving discrepancy. If your order meets this criteria, it is eligible for a replacement or store credit within 30 days of purchase.

All products must be returned in their original packaging and in new condition unless already damaged upon original delivery. If items were damaged or defective upon original delivery, we will refund or replace your order, including shipping fees, and will arrange to have FedEx pick up the products from your home.

All perishable Items that do not meet the criteria above, are not eligible for return or refund.

We ship with FedEx exclusively. Please provide us with a physical street address as FedEx cannot deliver to PO boxes.

Back orders frustrate us as much as they do you, but sometimes, they are unavoidable. When we have a back order, we’ll let you know. You can request a refund or cancellation if we can’t provide the back ordered products to you soon enough.
